the location was convenient, with access to various parts of the city.
i was disappointed to find that the mini-bar was not stocked upon arrival. i had to request that it be filled, and even then, the selection was quite limited. this lack of attention to detail detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

awful air conditioning loud noise
The room was very clean upon arrival. Everything seemed to be in order, SO that was a plus.
The air conditioning was AWFUL. It was set to a default temperature, and I could not adjust it at all. This made sleeping difficult, and the room was often uncomfortably warm. The noise from the street below was also quite loud at night. Earplugs are ESSENTIAL.

historical sites helpful staff christmas duck
The location was great. It allowed easy access to many historical sites. the staff were helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with directions or any requests i had. i also appreciated the christmas rubber duck (it was a nice touch!).
the stairs at the hotel entrance were a bit inconvenient when i had heavy luggage.

my beautiful king room had a comfortable king-size bed with premium features that enhanced my stay. the room was clean with all necessary amenities. i slept well each night.

the hotel offers a popular outdoor area, perfect for enjoying an evening drink. breakfast was excellent (especially the pancakes!). the reception service was well organised, friendly, and efficient.

The location was very central and convenient. It was easy to get around from there.
